Who was MANU ?

This is a very great and most important question which every one must try to understand . MANU was not man , but the representative of human races . We , every one on the Earth , are the sons and daughters of Vaivasvat Manu who is the Indian NOAH connected with the MATSYA AVATARA of VISHNU . We find fourteen MANUS in our scriptures ,especially in VISHNU PURANA . They are found in every KALPA (a very large / immeasurably large duration of time which is considered to be the life span of BRAHMA ). This KALPA is the interval between the two creations or the interval from one PRALAY to another or the duration between one cataclysm to the other cataclysm . It is to be known very attentively that the cataclysm or Pralay puts the things and beings on the Eatth to an end by fire or water or cold . Pralay is a term like that of MANU. In Vishnu Purana ,RISHI PARASARA talks about four kinds of Pralay —–‐–> 1– NAIMITTIKA ( occasional ) 2– PRAKRITIKA ( elemental ) 3–ATYANTICA ( absolute ) 4– NITYA (perpetual ) It must always be remembered , very particulary by those who keep on creating conflicts , struggles and fightings in the society on the name of Manu and Manuism ,that Manu is not a name but COLLECTIVE HUMANITY . In this concern , it must be known that VAIVASVATA is the living magnetic fire that pervades all the beings and things and even the manifested SOLAR SYSTEMS . VAIVASVATA is also known as Vaisvanar. It is the most essential vital force of life and is the ever present aspect of one life . It is also a name of Agni ,the very fundamental fire of which every thing comes into being and without which nothing can exist . Such is the value and meaning of Manu . Does it belong to any cast , creed and religion ? No , not at all . Infact , it belongs to the whole humanity , not to any community . In reality , there is no sense in creating even a tiny bit of conflict on this name , but unfortunately for the whole humaniry , it has been made a bone of contention. It has been made a big political issue. Not only this , it has been made a very huge cause of religious conflicts ,struggles , battles and wars . WHY ? A VERY VERY BIG WHY ? It’s simple answer is that it is so because of ignorance . It’s reconciliation is not possible in the fields of politics and religion . It is entirely a Geological ,Geographical ,Geophysical ,Ecological ,Environmental , Scientific and obviously Spiritual matter . It must be taught clearly to each and every one on the Earth to avoid differences and establish peace and harmony on the only living globe of ours .
